If you wish to travel from Sapporo Station to Otaru Station by JR, the Hakodate Main Line “Rapid Airport” or the sectional rapid “Ishikari Liner” are available.

If you take these trains, the rapid Airport will take you to Otaru Station in 32 minutes.

There are more trains between Sapporo and Otaru than other Hokkaido areas, so it is more convenient than you think.

There is no one-hour or two-hour wait, so don’t worry lol.

The name of the train is “Rapid Airport,” which sounds like it will cost you a special fare, but you can get on the train without paying the regular fare.

The fare is 610 yen, which is cheaper than the train, but not recommended since it takes 65 minutes.

Cabs are easy to use, as all you have to do is basically tell the driver where you are going.
