Apply in the Ticket Lottery

Tickets are primarily distributed via a lottery (“抽選”).

Lottery entries open about three months before your desired visit date.

Results are sent via email to the address linked with your Nintendo Account.

Pay for the Ticket

If you win, you must pay by the deadline. Only credit cards are accepted.

Issue Your QR Code

On the day before your visit, starting from 14:00 (JST), log into the ticketing site → “Review Tickets” → “Issue QR Code.”

Once you issue the QR code, the ticket can no longer be canceled. museum-tickets.nintendo.com+1

Assign Tickets (Optional)

If you have tickets for multiple people, you can “assign” each ticket to a separate visitor. Assigned visitors must have their own Nintendo Account.

When assigned, each visitor can even have their Mii character on their play ticket.

Bring ID on the Day

At the museum, you’ll need to show your QR code and a valid ID that matches the name used for reservation.

For non-Japanese visitors, passport is required.

Explore the Museum

Once you scan your QR code, you’ll get a temporary ticket, which is then exchanged for a “play ticket” inside.

There are workshops (Craft & Play) that require same-day reservation inside the museum.
