About Tobu World Square
Tobu World Square, completed on April 24, 1993, is a large park that focuses on the preservation of historical sites and buildings from around the world.
It is located in Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture, Kanto Region, Japan, and accurately replicates, reproduces and exhibits 42 World Heritage Listed properties including the Statue of Liberty in the United States, the Pyramids of Menkafra in Egypt, the Parthenon in Greece, the Great Wall of China, the Forbidden City, and 102 world-famous buildings including the Empire State Building at a scale of 1:25, giving visitors a sense of walking around the park while The Tobu World Square can be divided into modern Japanese-style buildings.
Tobu World Square is divided into six thematic zones: Modern Japan, America, Egypt, Europe, Asia, and Japan, and the relics and buildings in each zone are very representative and beautifully sculpted to life. Binoculars and portable audio guides are provided in the park, so visitors can listen to detailed explanations of the sites while using binoculars to carefully admire the exquisite carvings on the buildings and patiently savor the essence of the world.
In addition to models of architectural relics from around the world, Tobu World Square is also home to 20,000 real bonsai plants, which decorate the buildings and change colors in different seasons, adding to the colorfulness of the entire park.

Tobu World Square is located right in front of Tobu World Square Station, the next station to Kinugawa Onsen Station.

By train from Tokyo area
If you are traveling to Tobu World Square from the Tokyo area, the Tobu World Square Station is convenient for access.
Tobu World Square Station opened in 2017, and many trains, from limited express to local trains, stop there.
It is also easy to get around from Kinugawa Onsen Station, which is about 2 km away and a 5-minute cab or bus ride away.
By bus from Tokyo area
To get to Tobu World Square by bus from the Tokyo area, take an express bus departing from Tokyo Station.
You can take the “Nikko-Kinugawa Onsen Route” highway bus departing from and arriving at JR Tokyo Station to get to Tobu World Square.
