Selecting an all-you-can-eat course
You need to choose the all-you-can-eat cours.
Since I ordered authentic suki-nabe dashi, an egg for each person came with it (‘ω’). Meat is made to order and will be brought to you as soon as you ask for it.
Vegetables and dipping sauce are self-serve.
