Public Transportation: 20 minutes from Naha Airport to Naha Bus #95, alight at EAS Okinawa Toyosaki bus stop, and walk shortly. Or take Tokyo Bus No.TK02 (Umikazi Liner) for 35 minutes, get off at EAS Okinawa Toyosaki bus stop, and walk shortly.

They are located in IIAS in a commercial facility near Toyosaki Churaumi Park and Outlet Mall near the airport.
The price is a bit expensive, but I went there because it was listed in a guidebook as a sightseeing near Naha Airport. Anyway, it was a new and modern-looking aquarium. There were many staff members, and it was easy to ask them about anything I didn’t understand!
