What”s about Hidakaya?
Hidakaya is a Japanese food chain store, you can eat Ramen, set menu etc.
I often eat at the chain restaurant Hidakaya. They offer a variety of dishes such as ramen, stir-fries, and gyoza at reasonable prices.
Hidakaya has numerous locations in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Tochigi, and Ibaraki. Many of them are located near major train stations. For example, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ueno, Akihabara and Asakusa stations.
If you use Tokyo’s trains or subways, you will often see Hidakaya near major stations.

I ordered Fried rice M size. It was very big more than I thought. soup is attached.

The price is very affordable and the taste is simple and delicious.
The dumplings(Gyoza) are small, but they are very easy to eat.
Deep fried noodle with starchy sauce
this is kata yakisoba（deep fried noodle with starchy sauce）.
It was very healthy and delicious with lots of vegetables.
Miso Ramen
The miso ramen was light and delicious.
I felt that the amount of bean sprouts was appropriate and easy to eat.
Gyoza(dumplings)
Chinese chive liver set meal
The savory aroma whets the appetite.
Stir-fried leek liver, chives, bean sprouts, onions, carrots, and other ingredients are stir-fried in a soy sauce sauce.
The meat is tender and the unique flavor of liver fills the mouth.
The garlic flavor is delicious and stimulates the appetite.

Tenshinhan Set
I ordered the set menu “Tenshinhan Set with Gyoza (790 yen)”.
A combination of Tenshinhan, one serving (6 gyoza), and soup.
Tenshinhan is rice topped with a fluffy omelet and topped with a special sweet and sour sauce.
Ingredients are minced meat, green onions, and crab cakes.
The price was cheap and I was full!
