Kiraku was established in 1952. It is a long-established Chinese restaurant that will celebrate its 70th anniversary in a few years.
Chilled Chinese noodles
The noodles were thick and Kiraku-like.
It would be good on a hot day.
The noodles are flat chewy and hard boiled.
The chilled chuka soup is rich and not too sour.
There are many ingredients such as bean sprouts, roasted pork, egg, cucumber, and red ginger.
Kiraku’s Chilled Chinese noodles was, true to its reputation, quite delicious.
