About Hiroshima Bus Center
Hiroshima Bus Center is a bus terminal located at 6-27 Motomachi, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture. It is operated by Hiroshima Bus Center Corporation, a third sector company funded by the City of Hiroshima and other entities. It is directly connected to the Sogo Hiroshima department store.
How to get there
The bus terminal is located at the south exit of Hiroshima Station.
Just take any bus that has “Hiroshima Bus Center” or “Center” indicated on the information board on the side of the bus.
No. 7, 8, and 9 on platform B. Check the word “Bus Center” on the bus that comes earlier of these and get on.
If you are not confident about getting off, we recommend taking the bus at platform 23 in front of the post office. This is because the last stop is the bus center. There is one bus every 15 minutes during the daytime.
How to get to Kamiyacho Nishi, the nearest station to the Hiroshima Bus Center, by streetcar.
Line 2: Hiroden to Miyajima-guchi or Hiroden to Nishi Hiroshima
Line 6: to Eba Line 6: to Eba.
It takes 14 minutes from Hiroshima Station to Kamiyacho Nishi and the fare is 180 yen.
However, it is relatively easy to be delayed because of the traffic congestion-prone roads. It is better to give yourself a little extra time and expect it to take 20 minutes.
When you get off at Kamiyacho Nishi, you will see SOGO in front of you. The Hiroshima Bus Center is on the third floor of SOGO.
After getting off the bus, you will have to cross a traffic light, so it may take an additional 2 to 3 minutes to get to the center.

Tips
It is a joint structure with Aqua Hiroshima Center Gai (operated by Hiroshima Bus Center) and the main building of Sogo Hiroshima, and is directly connected to the adjacent Motomachi Credo (Hiroshima Sogo Shinkan, Pasela, and Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima) via connecting passageways on the 1st, 3rd, and 6th floors. It is also directly connected to the Kamiyacho Shaleo underground shopping center via a B1F connecting passageway, and to Mielparque Hiroshima via a 3rd floor connecting passageway.
