Abeno Harukas is a skyscraper soaring 300 meters above the ground in the Abeno district of Osaka City. The view from the observatory is known as one of the most spectacular spots in Osaka, especially at dusk and at night, when the impressive scene spreads out 360 degrees. In addition to the observatory area, the building houses a museum where national treasures and important cultural properties can be exhibited, a department store, a hotel, and offices, making it a truly multi-story city.
