About Hamanako Pal Pal
A resort-type amusement park located on the shore of Lake Hamana. There are about 30 different types of attractions, ranging from screams to fairy tale rides that even children can enjoy, for everyone from young children to adults.
Don Blaco,” a large, 430-meter-long, eight-seater rapidslide, offers a powerful ride down a 14-meter-high water current!
The Ferris wheel, with a height of approximately 60 meters, offers a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean.
There are also character shows featuring popular heroes and heroines, as well as a variety of seasonal events!
The Kanzanji Ropeway, which offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the lake, also departs from the park and takes you to the Hamanako Music Box Museum and the Okusa Mountain Observation Deck.
In summer, the “Pal Pool” offers the best resort atmosphere with the feeling that the pool and the lake surface are one. In addition to the straight line slider, running water pool, and children’s pool, visitors can enjoy various water play attractions such as the “Bucket Out,” where water flows from a large bucket overhead, and the “Baby Bungee,” which is suitable for small children.

Tips
There are a lot of rides for little kids. My 1st grade son loved Dragon Fighter (shooting game) and enjoyed it repeatedly. There are not so many thrill rides, but the 4 Dimensions (roller coaster) is quite scary. My 5th grader loved it and rode it about 6 times.
