About Setana Port Ferry Terminal, Hokkaido
Setanaport is located in the town of Setana (Setana-cho), and Heartland Ferry operates a round-trip ferry service to and from Okushiri Port. (The service is suspended during the winter.)

Car Rental
When using Hakodate Airport, take the Onuma Koen IC via Route 5 to the Onuma Koen IC, then take the Yakumo IC to the Yakumo IC, then take the public road again. From the Yakumo Interchange, take the public road to the Yakumo Interchange, then head north on Route 229 via Route 42 to reach Setona Port. It is about 136 km from Hakodate Airport and takes about 2 hours and 35 minutes. If you start from Sapporo City, take the Hokkaido Expressway toward Choumabe and get off at the Kunisaki IC. Take Route 230, known as the Pirika National Highway, westward to Setona Town. At the T-junction with Route 229, turn right and head north to reach the port of Setona. It is about 258 km from Sapporo City and takes about 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Local Bus
Buses to Setona are available from Choumanbe Station on the Hakodate Line when boats run from Setona Port to Okushiri Island. The trip takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes (1,370 yen one-way for adults), and alight at the Setetana downtown bus stop. It is a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the ferry terminal.
