What’s about Traveling Restaurant 52 Seats of Bliss
The 52-Seat Bliss Traveling Restaurant operates mainly on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, connecting Ikebukuro or Seibu Shinjuku stations in Tokyo with Seibu Chichibu station in Saitama Prefecture. The train departs from central Tokyo around 11:00 am.
The brunch course (10,000 yen* including tax) on the down train leaves central Tokyo around 11:00 a.m., and the dinner course (15,000 yen* including tax) on the up train leaves Seibu-Chichibu before 6:00 p.m. The train takes 2.5 to 3 hours to travel the route that takes less than 1.5 hours for the company’s La View express train departing from Ikebukuro.

As for the start date of application, the second Thursday three months prior to the start date is the start date of application.
