What’s about Ibusuki no Tamatebako
The “Ibusuki no Tamatebako” express train connects Kagoshima Chuo Station and Ibusuki Station, the gateway to Ibusuki Hot Springs, with white paint on half of the car body and black on the other half.
The theme of this train is the “Legend of Ryugu,” a legend of the Dragon Palace on the Satsuma Peninsula, and the white mist that appears above the doors of the train is a popular feature.
The design of Car No. 1 and No. 2 are different, and choosing a different car for the trip to and from the train will double the enjoyment of the trip.
