About Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen Shakariki

This ramen restaurant is directly managed by a flour mill company. Flour professionals handle the entire production process from flour to noodle making, and freshly made noodles are delivered to the restaurant every day.

The main dish is tonkotsu shoyu ramen.
Other items include miso, shinasoba, and toromi shoyu.
Tsukemen and tonkotsu ramen are also available. Gyoza, rice dishes, and children’s sets are also available.

Shakari Kakuni Ramen

From the color of the soup, I thought it would be thicker, but it is much milder than it looks, a sweet pork bone soy sauce.

Fresh garlic in a small jar here.
The recommended way to eat it seems to be to add a lot of garlic, white sesame seeds, and black pepper.

Garlic is available at the table, so you can adjust the flavor to your liking.

The noodles are chewy and frizzy. The chashu pork is tender and melts in your mouth. It is also delicious.

The quantity was just right and I finished it.

It seems that smoking is allowed in all Shakariki Ramen restaurants. Please be careful if you do not like cigarette smoke.

Bankara ramen

I can’t tell the difference between Shakariki Ramen and Bankara, it’s not amazingly delicious or anything, but sometimes I want to try it.

Car parking is spacious and easy to drive in.
Families and groups are relatively common, but you can also come alone!
