【Ramen】Ramen kagetsuarashi

About Ramen kagetsuarashi

The “Ramen Kagetsu Arashi” ramen chain was established in 1992 and now boasts more than 250 stores in Japan and abroad. It is known for its unique ramen, “Tsubo-nira,” which has an unexplainably delicious taste, and for its backstage menu. It is also a mysterious restaurant, with its in-store announcements and pamphlets being very excited for some reason.

The menu is very varied!

Arashi Genkotsu Ramen Shio

I drank the soup. The salt flavored soup is mixed with back fat and has a very rich taste!

The originality of the flavor is very impactful!

The noodles are thin. They blend well with the soup and are relatively soft.

Personally, I would have preferred the noodles to be a little thicker.

There are many kinds of toppings. Green onion, laver, pickled bamboo shoots, egg cut in half, and soft texture chashu pork.

Various seasonings are placed on the seats.

Chili pepper

Rayu (Chinese chili oil)

Yukari

Soy sauce

Vinegar

Others will be used later to change the taste,

Black pepper

Secret sauce for ramen noodles

Hot chives and bean sprouts

I think Arashi Genkotsu Ramen Shio is quite tasty!

There is also a wide variety of menu items, including a limited time only menu,

I would like to dine at this restaurant again.

This is their Iekei ramen

I have the impression that Ramen Kagetsu Ran has many limited-time-only menus, and the menu changes often! Yokohama Iekei Ramen Fujisaki-ya

The taste is…quite light! It is not as rich as the ramen at other Ihekei-Ramen restaurants, and it is not heavy, so you can eat it as much as you want.

The seasoning is not too strong, so it is easy to eat.

The spinach topping was a bit small. I wish they would put a little more spinach on top.
