Tips
Here is a famous observation deck in Japan and I went there alone on a day trip.
The elevator from the first floor to the top floor was very fast.
The view from the top floor was very pleasant, and I stopped at a coffee shop and ordered an ice cream.
I was very satisfied with the 360 degree view.
