How to get on Randen (Keifuku Electric Railway Arashiyama Line)



The Arashiyama Main Line is a track line of Keifuku Electric Railway that runs from Shijo-Omiya Station in Shimogyo-ku to Arashiyama Station in Ukyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture. Together with the Kitano Line, it is called the Arashiyama Line, commonly known as Randen.

The Arashiyama Line is a tourist route to Arashiyama and other sightseeing spots in the Rakusai area, and also provides access to the busy Shijo Dori shopping district.

How to ride the Randen

Randen is operated by one-man cars

The fare is the same
220 yen for adults and 110 yen for children.

If you want to change the Randen line and Kitano line at
Arashiyama-moto line and Kitano line at Katabashi-Tsuji
