What’s about Koshino Shu❇Kura
The “Koshino Shu*Kura” is a train full of Niigata’s charms, where you can enjoy rice grown in Niigata’s magnificent land, delicious local sake made from that rice, and vast scenery. 1 car meal travel products include Niigata sake, light meals using local cuisine, and snacks. This is one of the trains that should be ridden at least once by those who love to drink!
The Koshino Shu*Kura has three different routes, each with a different name: the Echino Shu*Kura runs between Joetsu Myoko Station and Tokamachi Station, the Yuzawa Shu*Kura runs between Joetsu Myoko Station and Echigo Yuzawa Station, and the Ryuto Shu*Kura runs between Joetsu Myoko Station and Niigata Station.
How to buy the ticket
The meal plan for the exclusive seat of Car No. 1 is a product of the View Travel Agency, so the schedule and menu are announced about three months in advance and are on sale at View Plaza and other locations.
Tickets for the exclusive seat in Car No. 1 can be purchased at the Buffyu Plaza or at major travel agencies.
Reservations can be made by calling the View Reservation Center at 03-3843-2001.
Car 3 is a reserved seat and is available at the Midori-no-madoguchi (ticket window) from 10:00 a.m. one month in advance.
A boarding ticket + reserved-seat ticket is required for Car 3.
Tickets can be purchased at Midori-no Madoguchi, reserved-seat ticket vending machines, View Plaza, major travel agencies, and “Ekinet”.
Please be sure to check the reservation status and seat availability at the Midori-no-Madoguchi counter.
